Return & Refund Policy

All returned goods/products will be inspected together with the original receipt or proof of purchase. Returned items must be in good condition, unused, and in their original packaging, including the original shipping carton if applicable.

Refunds or exchanges will not be accepted if:

• The product has been used
• The product is damaged due to customer misuse
• The item is not returned in its original condition

Please note that Bbox Trading will not be responsible for any loss or damage that occurs during the return shipping process. Customers are advised to use a reliable courier service with tracking.

Once we have received, inspected, and confirmed the returned goods/products, the refund process will be completed within 5 working days.
